Terms and Conditions: Brand Ambassador Program for Consultant Manpreet

Eligibility:

1.1. To be eligible to participate in the Brand Ambassador Program, individuals must be at least 18 years old.

1.2. Participants must have a genuine interest in and knowledge of my services, its products, and its values.

1.3. The program is open to individuals residing in Canada or to people who have Canadian Citizenship / Permanent Residency / Work Permit / Student Visa / Visitor Visa and may live inside or outside of Canada.

Application and Selection Process:

2.1. Interested individuals must complete and submit the official application form provided on my website.

2.2. Consultant Manpreet reserves the right to review and select ambassadors based on their qualifications, suitability, and alignment with my growth’s vision.

2.3. Selected ambassadors will be notified via email or other preferred communication channels.

Ambassador Responsibilities:

3.1. I as an Ambassadors am not an employee, agent, franchisee or partner of services and products sold by Consultant Manpreet. 3.1.a. I will promote and market products and services marketed by Consultant Manpreet.

3.1.b. I will receive discounted services/products (where ever possible) and write about the services/products on social networks (social media, blogs, posts, pictures, videos, etc.)

3.1.c. Share Consultant Manpreet’s message on social networks.

3.1.d. Share Consultant Manpreet’s content using brand hashtags.

3.1.e. I understand that I will not receive monetary compensation or gift cards for use of images or videos used by Consultant Manpreet’s social media networks.

3.1.f. I will not share Consultant Manpreet’s promotion code with anyone else unless I have gained explicit consent from him.

3.1.g. I will not sell Consultant Manpreet’s services/products on unauthorized websites on the internet or in retail establishments.

3.1.h. I will protect Consultant Manpreet’s trademark by not reproducing his name/trademark or any company materials for use in advertising without the written approval from him.

3.1.i. If I choose to leave the Brand Ambassador program, I must use any unused gift card balance within 7 days of leaving the program. Anything you shared on your social media will remain on your social media platforms and marketing campaigns.

3.1.j. I must be an active* Ambassador to remain in the program.  

3.2. Ambassadors agree to actively promote and represent the brand in a positive and professional manner.

3.3. Ambassadors will familiarize themselves with the brand's products, values, and key messaging to effectively communicate and engage with their audience.

3.4. Ambassadors are expected to regularly share content (such as social media posts, blog articles, pictures or videos) that highlights Consultant Manpreet and his offerings.  

3.5. Ambassadors shall not engage in any activities that may harm Consultant Manpreet’s reputation or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

3.6. Ambassadors are encouraged to participate in brand-related events, campaigns, or initiatives whenever possible.

Brand Assets and Intellectual Property:

4.1. Ambassadors acknowledge that all brand assets, including logos, trademarks, and promotional materials, are the property of Consultant Manpreet and may only be used for authorized promotional purposes.

4.2. Ambassadors may not modify, alter, or misrepresent any assets without prior written consent from Consultant Manpreet.

4.3. Any content created by the ambassadors as part of the program shall be considered the property of the brand and may be used for marketing or promotional purposes.

Compensation and Incentives:

5.1. The brand may provide ambassadors with exclusive discounts, free products, or other incentives as a token of appreciation for their efforts.

5.2. Compensation, if any, for the ambassador's activities shall be outlined in a separate agreement or as mutually agreed upon.

Term and Termination:

6.1. The term of the Brand Ambassador Program shall be for infinite time period unless terminated earlier by either party with a written notice.

6.2. Consultant Manpreet reserves the right to terminate an ambassador's participation in the program at any time due to non-compliance with the terms and conditions, unethical conduct, or for any other justifiable reason.

6.3. This agreement is subject to acceptance by Consultant Manpreet and is conditioned by the acceptance of these terms and conditions.

6.4. Either party may terminate this agreement immediately for cause or without reason upon a written notice only.

6.5. The Brand Ambassadors will not be treated as an employee for any reason.  

Confidentiality:

7.1. Ambassadors may have access to confidential or proprietary information about Consultant Manpreet. Ambassadors agree to maintain strict confidentiality and not disclose any such information to third parties without prior written consent from him.

Amendments:

8.1. The brand reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at its discretion. Ambassadors will be notified of any changes in writing or through other preferred communication channels.
