If you would like to work independently while working as a RIBO broker then you should be people friendly and also be able to generate New Business on your own. With New Business, it is reffered to as New Clients obtained via various marketing efforts or via referrals.
If you do not like talking to new people, going over their current coverages, suggesting new coverage quotes, then this training is not for you. Although, no one is born as a soldier but one could learn these skills while working on a job or independently.
